Domaine des Corbillières 2010 Touraine Sauvignon Blanc

Domaine des Corbillières is located in the town of Oisly, east of the city of Tours. After 3 generations of growing Sauvignon Blanc, the founder’s great grandson Dominique Barbou is producing remarkable wine from very old vines. The wine is vibrant, with an abundance of bright, fresh citrus flavors. Best served with shellfish, salads and as an aperitif with goat cheese.
