| Dirler Pinot Noir Cuvee Ludivine |
The nose has hints of dried strawberries, freshly sliced oranges, and fresh tarragon. It's beautifully complex on the palate, with a mouth coating viscosity that's practically weightless. There's an extremely subtle earthiness here that haunts the red fruit. The finish is fresh, balanced, subtly mineral, and very, very long. |

| Dirler Sylvaner Cuvee Vieilles Vignes |
Citrus oil, and boxwood nose, pure apple primary fruit with hints of almond, and a glycerin-rich, creamy, palate impression, as well as a clarity and persistent juiciness atypical for Sylvaner. As usual, there is no lack of chalky, stony, smoky, and toasted nut character in the finish of this cuvee, which will keep nicely for up to a decade. |

Domaine des Corbillières is located in the town of Oisly, east of the city of Tours. After 3 generations of growing Sauvignon Blanc, the founder’s great grandson Dominique Barbou is producing remarkable wine from very old vines. The wine is vibrant, with an abundance of bright, fresh citrus flavors. Best served with shellfish, salads and as an aperitif with goat cheese. |
