Stewart Pinot Noir 2008

Stewart Cellars was founded in 2000 by Houstonian’s Michael and Anne Stewart. Their goal was to produce the finest Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon possible. They hired winemaker Paul Hobbs to make the wine and have sourced fruit from the most prestigious vineyards in the Napa and Russian River Valleys. After meticulous vineyard work and meticulously harvesting each row when the fruit is perfectly mature, the wine is fermented and then aged in a high percentage of new French oak. The resulting wine is absolutely superb.
