| Matthiasson 2009 |
This beautiful white wine from the winemaker and owner, Steve Matthiasson, hails from Napa. Made from 59% Sauvignon Blanc, 28% Ribolla Gialla, 8% Tocai Friulano, and 5% Semillon all of which are co-fermented in 30% new French Oak Barrels. The aromatics and flavors of tropical fruit come from the Sauvignon blanc. The mineralty of crush shells and slight nutty flavors come from the Ribolla Gialla. The bone dry and nice high acidity comes from the Tocai Friulano with a touch of spiciness. And the waxy, peachy flavors both in the noise and in the mouth come from the semillon. All these combine and cause a naturally great integration on the palate.

| Mumm Cramant Blanc de Blancs |
Mumm Cramant is exceptional Champagne produced entirely from
chardonnay grown in the Grand Cru vineyards of Cramant. To say
that this single vineyard cuvee is superb would be an understatement.
The wine is subtle and round with creamy texture and complex flavors of chardonnay reflecting the terroir of Cramant. Robert Parker rates the wine 93 points saying “Mumm’s ‘Mumm de Cramant’ non-vintage...‘just rocks my world’...100% chardonnay, 100% grand cru, 100% delicious!” Need we say more? |

| Neyers Ranch Conn Valley 2006 Merlot |
An approachable, forward-tasting red wine that has the aroma and complex flavors of French Bordeaux. The small yields in 2006 - less than half of the crop size from the 2006 vintage - and the late ripening growing season have enabled production of a wine that serves as a benchmark for Merlot produced in California. The blend is 80% Merlot, with 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. |
