| Fisher Coach Insignia 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon |
Deep ruby/purple color accompanied by notes of charcoal, background wood smoke, black currants, and a hint of graphite. Elegant and medium to full-bodied with sweet tannin, a seductive texture, and surprising opulence, it should drink nicely for 10-15 years. |

| Mumm Cramant Blanc de Blancs |
Mumm Cramant is exceptional Champagne produced entirely from
chardonnay grown in the Grand Cru vineyards of Cramant. To say
that this single vineyard cuvee is superb would be an understatement.
The wine is subtle and round with creamy texture and complex flavors of chardonnay reflecting the terroir of Cramant. Robert Parker rates the wine 93 points saying “Mumm’s ‘Mumm de Cramant’ non-vintage...‘just rocks my world’...100% chardonnay, 100% grand cru, 100% delicious!” Need we say more? |

| Stewart Pinot Noir 2008 |
Stewart Cellars was founded in 2000 by Houstonian’s Michael and Anne Stewart. Their goal was to produce the finest Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon possible. They hired winemaker Paul Hobbs to make the wine and have sourced fruit from the most prestigious vineyards in the Napa and Russian River Valleys. After meticulous vineyard work and
meticulously harvesting each row when the fruit is perfectly mature, the wine is fermented and then aged in a high percentage of new French oak. The resulting wine is absolutely superb. |
