Return and Refund Policy
Richard’s Liquors & Fine Wines will arrange for delivery of your online gift basket order in Houston and surrounding areas. The delivery charge varies by number of items and delivery zip code. The charge listed is for the first item delivered to the address; the charge for additional items delivered to the exact same apartment or suite is $4.00 each. However, orders of ten or more baskets to the same address require special handling and the charge is determined based on time and distance.

Please Note: Richard’s gift baskets are created in-house and quantities of some items are limited. We reserve the right to substitute with similar products of an equal or greater value. All orders are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Richard’s will make every effort to deliver on the date requested; however due to increased demand for gift baskets and gift delivery during the holidays, delivery on a specific date cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Rates shown are for deliveries made Monday thru Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please contact our office by phone (713.529.6266) or email (
Richards@richardsliquors.com) with delivery specifics for after hours or Saturday deliveries. We suggest that deliveries to places of employment be scheduled to arrive not later than December 19, 2009.
Texas law requires that the delivery must be received by an individual 21 years of age or older.
There are a few “dry” areas in our area; if the address you list for delivery is in one of these areas we will contact you for other options.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We must have a correct address (including suite or apartment number and zip code) and telephone number for each recipient.
Return and Refund Policy
Texas law does not allow the return of alcoholic products. Therefore, all sales of alcoholic beverages are final. On non-alcoholic products, Richard's will provide the customer a good product for a defective product when it determines that the product was delivered to the customer in a defective condition; if Richard's is unable to deliver a good product in exchange for a defective one, then it will issue a credit for the amount paid for the product.
