How do I order online
When you see something you like, click the item's "Add to Cart" button. You can then continue shopping & add more items to your cart, or you can checkout. (We recommend adding more items.) Items you put in your shopping cart will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.
To remove an item from your bag, simply click the "Remove" button next to the item you wish to discard and your cart contents will update. To view what is in your shopping cart at any time, click the "View Cart" link in the page header.
To purchase what you've selected, click on the "Checkout" button in the page header. Log in to your account or create a new account filling in your name, username, password, address, etc. (creating an account will speed up future purchases and help you check order status). Then follow the instructions to purchase your items.

Once you've gone through the "Checkout" process, you will receive an email that your order and payment have been received and are being processed.
Please Note: Richard's gift baskets are created in-house and quantities of some items are limited. We reserve the right to substitute with similar products of an equal or greater value. All orders are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Richard's will make every effort to deliver on the date requested; however due to increased demand for gift baskets and gift delivery during the holidays, delivery on a specific date cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Rates shown are for deliveries made Monday thru Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please contact our office by phone (713.529.6266) or email
